# What is next

- This month: Open more of walhus.com. This site opened this week with the biography, the network map and the Now page. Next: a writing page, and more of the Sematech story as former colleagues send theirs.
- This month: The Concierge on more sites. The free AWE Concierge goes onto the small-business sites first, so a visitor to a tour company at midnight gets a straight answer from the site's own pages.
- This fall: Agents First, 90 or better, everywhere. Every site on the network scored 90 or better on agentsfirst.dev: AGENTS.md, llms.txt, a Markdown twin of every page, structured data, and a robots.txt that welcomes agents.
- This fall: More small-business rebuilds. Leadville Offroad and Sledville are the pattern: the owner's own content, the house design bar, a working site in days. More of those, for more working businesses.
- Ongoing: The Spring. Keep the rebuilt Spring at austinspring.com growing: the 1996-2014 archive cleaned and searchable, the live community alive, ATXbbs open source.
- Ongoing: Tributes worth making. The next subjects are people whose work deserves a sourced, credited page and does not have one. Suggestions welcome.
